AGOSH · WhatsApp Business Platform
WhatsApp notices from each business's own number.
Businesses that run on AGOSH can send their customers WhatsApp messages about their own orders and accounts: receipts, delivery updates, payment problems and renewal reminders. Each message comes from the business's own WhatsApp number, and AGOSH sends it through the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta.
What businesses send
Notices a customer is waiting for
Each message is a template that Meta has reviewed, filled in with the details of one order or account.
Receipts
Confirmation that a payment or top-up went through, and where to find the receipt.
Delivery updates
The status of an order or care package as it moves.
Payment problems
A notice when a payment fails, so the customer can try again.
Renewals
A reminder before a plan renews, with how to pause or change it.
How AGOSH handles WhatsApp
Rules every message follows
Opt-in only
Messages go only to people who agreed to hear from that business on WhatsApp.
About their own account
Every message is about the customer's own order, payment or plan. AGOSH does not send advertising.
The business's own number
Each business keeps its own WhatsApp Business Account, number and Meta billing. One business's messages never come from another business's number.
Private by default
Each business sees only its own messages. Phone numbers are masked in delivery records and logs, and AGOSH does not sell message data or use it for advertising.
